Shipping Policy

Last Updated: July 2026

Thank you for shopping with EverReady™.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered within South Africa.

1. Shipping Method

We ship orders using Aramex Store-to-Door courier delivery.

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number and email address are correct before completing your order.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days from the date your order has been processed and dispatched.

Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier capacity, regional access, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect address details or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

4. Courier Delays

We do our best to ensure that orders are shipped within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, EverReady™ cannot be held responsible for courier delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a delay occurs, we will assist by following up with the courier and providing available updates.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under South African consumer law.

5. Incorrect Delivery Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

EverReady™ will not be responsible for failed delivery, delays, additional courier charges or lost parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery details supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, the customer may be required to pay an additional delivery fee before the order is resent.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver because no one is available to receive the parcel, or because the customer cannot be contacted, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.

Additional delivery fees may apply for resending returned orders.

7. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged parcel
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A short explanation of the issue

We will review the matter and assist where appropriate.

8. Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows that your parcel has not moved for an unusual period, please contact us so that we can investigate with the courier.

If the courier confirms that the parcel has been lost before delivery, we will arrange a suitable solution in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.

9. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within South Africa only, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Some remote or outlying areas may experience longer delivery times.

10. Public Holidays and Peak Periods

Delivery may take longer during:

  • Public holidays
  • Black Friday or festive season periods
  • Courier backlogs
  • Severe weather
  • High order volumes

We recommend placing orders early during peak periods.

11. Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate delivery information
  • Be available to receive the parcel
  • Track the order using the details provided
  • Contact us promptly if there is a delivery issue

12. Legal Rights

This Shipping Policy does not exclude or limit any rights provided to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, or any other applicable South African law.
